Return Policy
Because each item is printed on demand, we can only accept returns or exchanges within four hours of your purchase.
If you need to make a change or request a refund, please email us at vintagefootytees@gmail.com within four hours of placing your order. After that window, your item will already be in production and we won’t be able to accept returns or exchanges.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll always make it right. Just get in touch with us at vintagefootytees@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there’s anything wrong — whether the shirt is damaged, the print is faulty, or you received the wrong item — contact us immediately and we’ll fix the problem.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your item is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, contact us at vintagefootytees@gmail.com.
